Leadership Development is a fourth step in spiritual development and growth for people who are invited by the pastoral team to explore their personal calling to ministry leadership, missions, or as future pastors of the church. This is structured for a 12-to-18-month commitment of study, character and leadership development, and engaging in service roles to be better prepared for ministry placement as God leads.
